For years, the local school had no proper heating — children studied in coats, their hands numb as they tried to write. With the help of our donors, we installed a new heating system and repaired the broken windows. Today, the classrooms are warm, and attendance in winter months has increased by 40%. Tatevik, a 9-year-old student, says, "Now I can focus on learning, not on keeping warm." This change means her dream of becoming a teacher feels one step closer.
